Michael and Christine have been collaborating for over twenty years, and are always inspired by the possibilities of their crafts. Christine has been a basket weaver for twenty years and Michael a studio potter for twenty two. After working in their separate media in the same studio for five years, they began exploring the rich potential of combining fiber with clay. As a result, they have created a series of vessels that integrate low fired stoneware, natural plant fibers and handmade papers into a harmonious union.
