Kendahl Jan Jubb
Kendahl says, “My motives have always been the same, to experience the
animal and the natural – to explore with patterns and colors and revel
in the diversity of form”.
Raised in the Midwest after spending
her early childhood in Southern California, Kendahl Jan Jubb
studied from an early age with noted St. Louis impressionist,
Victor Harles. She moved to Montana in 1978 to major in Forestry
and quickly changed to Art. Kendahl’s history seems to
have melded together in her very richly beautiful and individual
watercolors. Her work has appeared in over 30 galleries from
Mexico to the Virgin Islands; and she has had multiple commissions
both private and corporate. Christopher Bell Gallery is honored
to be the one gallery on the Central Coast of California to
represent her.
