Some of Louise’s work contains 23k gold leaf or platinum leaf. Her vibrant hues and unique ocean imagery quench the most discriminating visual palette. In the past seven years Louise has shown her work in five invitational one-woman exhibitions throughout the United States from Maine to California, including the Presidential Library of George H.W. Bush in College Station, Texas. Chosen by seven international jurors, Louise recently received international acclaim and recognition by being invited to represent the United States at the Biennale Dell‚ Arte de Contemporanea Firenze, in Florence, Italy at which seventy-nine countries were represented. Louise was once again invited to the Biennale Dell‚ Arte de Contemporanea Firenze to exhibit her art in 2005.
