Shawn Tsai has been a glass sculptor since 1978, developing from a pleasing hobby to a fulltime profession. Each piece he creates is transformed by hand from plain glass rods to finished, flowing form. Using a blowtorch to shape and a kiln to anneal the glass, he strives to capture the essence of nature.
